Free Printable Monthly Water Intake Log Sheets

Tracking your hydration is simple and fun with this free water tracker. Each day of the week features 8 adorable water drops — just mark one off every time you drink a glass of water. By the end of the day, all eight should be filled, showing that you’ve reached your daily goal of 8 glasses of water or your chosen amount in oz of water.

Here’s how to get the most out of your healthy water intake tracker:

  1. Decide on your daily goal.
Start by setting how much water you need based on your own needs and activity level. Some people may need more than 8 glasses, especially on active or hot days.
  2. Use it throughout the week.
The tracker includes all days of the week, so you can easily see your progress and spot any patterns — like which days you tend to drink less water.
  3. Make it visible.
Keep your tracker in your planner, on your desk, or even on the fridge. Having it in sight is a great reminder to sip regularly.
  4. Add motivation and fun.
Use colored pens or stickers to mark your drops. Or flavor your water with slices of lemon or berries to make drinking more enjoyable.
  5. Keep it practical.
Carry a reusable bottle everywhere you go. Refill it during the day and tick a drop every time you drink a glass of water — it’s a simple way to build good habits that last.

  1. My doctor says that it doesn’t have to be water! Any liquid that is clear and doesn’t contain caffeine or sugar will help. started with cranberry juice and finally was getting my 64 oz, then started filling the cup halfway with ice first, so now it’s really half water. My kidneys need the cranberry, so it’s a win-win for me. Thanks for your efforts. They brighten our lives.
