I am sharing my The Happy Planner horizontal layout ideas for upcoming month December, which means there are a lot of winter and Christmas stickers. If you prefer long lines and texts to lists and bullet points, the horizontal planner is for you. I have made a printable Horizontal Layout Template to see how it goes for me. After all, I am really happy with this layout. Even though I don’t write big texts, I found this long day box works well for my plans and decoration. Try it, may be you will find it useful, too. Finally, this magical season is going to begin. And it’s the easiest month for the decoration, as all Christmas stickers are beautiful by default.

For my December decoration I used the stickers from December Pack, plus some other Christmas related stickers, like gift box and lettering. Traditionally, I add a tall frame with dotted writing space for my important tasks for the entire month.

I love black and white planner spreads. It’s easy to add your own doodles or lettering by using just a simple black liner. But it will be later. And now this layout has only black and white stickers with cats and flowers.

I love to use lots of frames to highlight some important events or reminders. For this layout I can use bigger frames with horizontal orientation. It looks unusual for planners and allows to make bigger text blocks more visible.

This week’s color theme is totally wintery: cool blue, grey, and white. To make it look even colder, there are snowflakes and frozen pattern stickers. I hope someone will have really snowy weather this week, to make the atmosphere more festive.

Apart from already traditional full boxes, corners, and snowflakes stickers, I found a new idea for decorating with washi tape. Three washi tape strips form the bigger picture together. Of course, you need a special washi for that.

Just three types of stickers, but their planner spread looks adorable! I used frames, washi tapes, and fully decorative stickers of retro women. And it’s the last ones who make this layout so elegant.

To be honest, there are a few more stickers to keep this spread functional: big date numbers and tidy week days. Without them the planner will not be so charming.

It was very easy to choose the colors and theme for this week. Definitely, green, red, and white. For sure, Christmas trees, gift boxes, garlands, ornaments, and other Christmas attributes.

I don’t expect this week to be productive, but I still have some plans of Christmas preparation for the beginning of the week, and use frames for them.

More celebrations! This is New Year’s week! The week of global plans and reviews.

Almost all stitches came from My Cozy Boz December, that’s why this planner spread looks so cohesive and stylish. In that pack there are a lot of gorgeous decorative stickers, but my favorite are border stickers, which I used here on the left page only, and it still looks awesome.
